LeSS of a story

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a popular scaling framework for scaling agile development which is this year celebrating its 10th year anniversary. That is, about 10 years ago the concepts that are now called LeSS started evolving out of experiments done by Bas Vodde and Craig Larman. So how did that happen and why we ended up with what we now call LeSS.

This talk is a story-telling session and introduction to LeSS intertwined. Bas will go over the story of how and why LeSS was created and what were the major influences were. The story will also include an introduction to the LeSS framework. Some time will be left over for LeSS Q&A.
