Taking a look at Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) with Venky

Venkatesh Krishnamurthy Perth Link
Type: Meet-up Date: 2018-02-20 Start Time: 17:30 Venkatesh Krishnamurthy
Description:

Venkatesh (Venky) Krishnamurthy is the only Australian based LeSS trainer and is making his way over to Perth to help us explore the LeSS approach to scaling Scrum by applying the principles, purpose, elements, and elegance of Scrum in a large-scale context, as simply as possible.

True to our guild values this will be an experiential session where we favour participation and discussion over presentation (there might still be some slides) so in that vain Venky has put together some activities to give us an introduction to LeSS and facilitate some healthy Q+A discussion.

Here's a bit more about Venky:
Venky is a computer scientist, Agile coach and Australian LeSS trainer. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with several start-ups and large IT companies across USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. Venkatesh has been practicing Agile since 2001.
