This session explores the rules, principles, and guides behind Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). LeSS applies the principles, purpose, elements, and elegance of Scrum in a large-scale context, but in a simple form. This “barely sufficient” and "intentionally incomplete" approach promotes empiricism, learning, and local ownership. LeSS also provides guidelines on simplifying the design of the organization to support these outcomes and to achieve "more with LeSS".
