LeSS Trainer Panel Discussion

Members of the International Certified LeSS Trainer community, 15 strong as of May 2017, will have an in-depth discussion on LeSS from the trenches.  LeSS is an empirical approach to large scale agile development, and we'd like to share some of our experiments and their results from the past year.

Following the successful and much appreciated Agile 2012 public park bench conversation among a group of the authors of the Agile Manifesto, the original LeSS trainers will have an open conversation about LeSS.  This will be a chance for conference participants to hear from all of the present LeSS trainers, whose vast and varied experience will provide some depth and perspective beyond what readers of the published case studies, the LeSS books and the LeSS.works website already makes available.   Come hear from the experts on how LeSS is evolving and adapted in the context of real companies and among practitioners since its inception.

The format of the discussion will be similar to a fish bowl, with short and focussed topics.  Audience participation will be encouraged by soliciting questions and time boxing discussion on the questions amongst the trainers.  We're looking forward to a lively discussion!
