Lean IT - The 'Toyota's Secret'
Toyota is applying Lean principles also in IT. The session will focus on Hitozukuri and how it supports agile transformation.
Learning, improving, changing are important components of individual evolution within a team but also in an agile transformation. If I take LeSS as an example, the individual and team learning is a component of the sprint value delivery.
I'll use my experience at Toyota to share examples on how I did learn, improve and change and how lean principles applied in IT are helping Toyota in its adaptation to change.
