For more that a year, now, we have struggled with the COVID-19 pandemic. What have we learned by coping and experimenting with distributed teams, remote working and online training and collaboration? In this talk I will share the experience collated from multiple LeSS trainers and coaches and experts in remote working, facilitating, coaching and training, and suggest a hybrid way forward in the "new normal" that accommodates both our newfound love of more flexible working and our desire to be connected. ...more
