The Five Relationships To Improve The Product Owner

Exploring how the Product Owners behave according to typical patterns and archetypal habits.

In this experiment we will do systems thinking exercises for archetypal Product Owners and want to find out about how to best address their behavioural patterns with coaching measures. Based on the five key relationships of a Product Owner in large-scale development organizations we go through archetypes of Product Owners and how strong their five relations are established. In a set of exercises we will then explore the system behind these archetypes and ways of how to coach them into a successful execution of their role with all their habits and characteristics.
