Product Portfolio or Portfolio Management

In this talk, I will share how product portfolio and portfolio management differ in business value, governance, structure, and management, which support organization agility, based on what I have experienced. Traditional portfolio management determines which projects will best serve the organization's goals, in which order they should be completed, and which resources can be allocated. Therefore, holistically examining programs and projects at the individual level is critical to understanding how they align with the organization's goals. Whereas Managing a Product Portfolio is a continuous process. It begins with conceptualizing a new product and continues through its lifecycle until its discontinuation. A Product Portfolio Manager looks after each product's ROI to determine its future value and make decisions based on that value.

Objectives of this talk are listed below:
* What is a portfolio, and how do you manage it
* What type of portfolio supports organizational agility
* How structure, governance, and management differ
* What to consider while setting up a portfolio
