At organizations, especially in multi-team setups, we need help with busyness and slow changes. How about looking at those challenges from a system thinking lens and collaboratively trying to address them? In the workshop, we proactively addressed system challenges to break the cycle of dismal attempts and bring improvement to the system. At simulation using a Tetris inspired work we will experience local optimisation and global one. Warning, the workshop is a highly engaging simulation and can demonstrate similar to yoour reality organization setups.
