This talk shares the LeSS adoption journey at BASE Company, a Belgian telecom operator, moving from traditional, siloed IT and long delivery cycles to a product-focused, adaptive organization.
Starting with a small experiment, the team achieved strong results and scaled the change across the entire IT organization—removing project management layers, shifting to product thinking, and navigating real-world challenges like outsourcing contracts and an acquisition by Telenet.
