Experiment with Obeya in a LeSS (Huge) setting
In this experiment, we will guide you through Leading with Obeya (leadingwithobeya.com) and experiment together with you to define and use areas in Obeya to focus on strategic goals and results. We will share the use of Obeya in a LeSS Huge setting to support the Product Owner (and Area Product Owners) to focus on strategic goals, results and how they use it to have transparency on the value and are able to order the Product Backlog.
There will be a short demonstration of (Leading with) Obeya. Afterwards, participants will exercise how to define and use the areas in Obeya, to gain some hands-on experience. After the talk, we can deep dive in the Open Space to discuss and experiment more.
