My agile basis is formed by 8 years of experience as a scrum master with extensive experience in guiding teams with very different cultural backgrounds. In addition, extensive experience in coaching team members but also Product Owners and Management.

I gained this experience at the Dutch Police and ABN-Amro Bank. Teams that I guided developed BI solutions (ABN-Amro), mobile (Android) and Java / .Net web applications.

Other relevant experience. Agile Awareness sessions for employees and management to make the agile philosophy known and anchored within the organization. Within the police force I have gained extensive experience with training Scrum masters, Product Owners and Team members in Agile and Scrum ideas.

Extensive experience with Scaling Agile (LeSS ans SoS) and DevOps implementation.
