How structure ate culture in a misused LeSS Huge at an Automotive Giant

A different perspective and a later observation period of the same LeSS Huge adoption at the Autonomous Driving department of an Automotive Giant which has already been described in another case study (unspoken for legal reasons). It shows some amazing positive outcomes of the initial progress with LeSS compared to the state before. On the other side, a set of factors constraining the organisation from unfolding its full potential is identified. It shows how, after the promising start, the lacking attention to LeSS guides and principles led the organisation to degrade in terms of its own optimisation goals. A lot of learning and conclusions to help other companies avoid the same mistakes.
