LeSS NL Meetup: The people side of a LeSS adoption

Emily Hogenboom, a Sr. People Manager at Wärtsilä, will share her knowledge and experience in the People Manager role, and how it has impacted the LeSS adoption at Wärtsilä.

She will cover the decision to move away from the traditional technical line managers and recruit two ladies with long careers in HR. She will share how the People Manager role is designed to keep the organization structure as flat as possible and which people processes they have introduced since then.

With this story, she wants to share their learnings and experiences and give some food for thought in what kind of setups the People Manager role could potentially work for a Large Scale Scrum adoption. The aim is for the experience sharing to inspire you to see new ways to approach the people side of your organization.
