Taking a look at Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) with Venky

Venkatesh (Venky) Krishnamurthy is the only Australian based LeSS trainer and is making his way over to Perth to help us explore the LeSS approach to scaling Scrum by applying the principles, purpose, elements, and elegance of Scrum in a large-scale context, as simply as possible.

True to our guild values this will be an experiential session where we favour participation and discussion over presentation (there might still be some slides) so in that vain Venky has put together some activities to give us an introduction to LeSS and facilitate some healthy Q+A discussion.

Here's a bit more about Venky:
Venky is a computer scientist, Agile coach and Australian LeSS trainer. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with several start-ups and large IT companies across USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. Venkatesh has been practicing Agile since 2001. He specialises in delivering large programs, organisational design, structuring teams, and helping organisations with Agile transformation work.

Venky’s rich experience as a technology architect and methodologist enabled him to deliver multi-million dollar projects successfully. He brings value to every customer engagement through the creative use of ideas from various disciplines including Lean, Systems thinking and Complexity science. Venky is a frequent speaker at international conferences and an avid blogger.
