I'm an Agile Coach and a Consultant that facilitates the adoption of agile frameworks with a lean mindset. I can work directly with executives for organizational decisions as well as hands-on with agile teams; In-person and remotely; as a contractor or external consultant.

I deliver agile talks to spark and spur ideas, facilitate workshops and training, act as a professional coach with agile leaders, and as a mentor for agile coaches, scrum masters, and product owners.

With 20 years of experience in IT and the last 10 in agile, I have contributed to more than ten companies in many countries like the US, India, Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Colombia.

I have trained more than 1500 people in agile: Agile mindset, Agile Coaching, Agile Facilitation, Lean, Scrum and Kanban.
