Hi,

My name is Jose Lozano, I´m 32 years old. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design in 2012 and my MSc. in Manufacturing Engineering degree in 2017, both degrees from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico).

I´m Project Manager/Scrum Master working for Danfoss Monterrey since 2018 and I drive projects along 3 different product lines: TXV, Filter Driers and Industrial valves (HVAC). I´m able to handle more than 20 projects at the same time with more than 60 involved participants (cross functional teams).

Before joining Danfoss, I served as Sr. Project Engineer from 2015 to 2017. I was responsible for all aspects and phases of new product integration/industrialization and product yield reports. I applied standard engineering tools like PFMEA, Control Plan, Route of Cause Analysis, Pareto Charts, Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Manufacturing Principles.

From 2012 to 2015, as Product Designer, I was responsible for new product development. In my daily work involved activities like 2D drawing creation, CAD modeling, BOM development, product prototyping, quality specifications, product testing, pilot runs, packaging design and manufacture cost analyses.

I have more than 5 years of Project Management (Waterfall/traditional way) experience including budget management, change control, customer requirements, product integration and product manufacturing.

I´m familiarized with Agile methodology and Scrum principles. I´m certified in Engineering Courses like “Sprint Planning for Faster Agile Team Delivery”, “Agile Mindset” and “Agile Professional Project Management” (to be completed February 2022).
