- digital transformation of HR in Inter IKEA,
- agile business transformation in IKEA Consumer and Market insights,
- simplify of Inter IKEA Group Insights,
Rumen has matured experience in leading business and people in the integrated IKEA value chain within complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity.

Prior to IKEA, Rumen had been involved for 15 years in consulting, project management and business development in the leadership and competence development area. He has been providing consultancy to corporate, academic and public organisations, including: Bosch, SwissRe, General Electrics MB, Ericsson, McKinsey, RAI Educational; Tampere University, Milan Chamber of Commerce and the European Space Agency.

Thanks to his experience in Business process optimisation, Organisation development and Business transformation, Rumen works seamlessly throughout the organisation to assess challenges and risks and facilitate development of practical solutions.

Rumen has taught Project Management, Business Analysis and Process Improvement in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Sudan and Sweden.

Rumen holds a Master of Science in Managing engineering and Bachelor of Science in Multimedia technologies and professional certifications in:
