I've been a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams working to deliver custom solutions using agile development processes and DevOps concepts for a large utilities company. We've been particularly focused on improving our ability to scale our scrum practice with many teams in the organization trying to deliver several large projects together.  Prior to this current position, I was a lead developer for a manufacturing firm where I brought scrum into the IT department and implemented it as the way to respond to the customer's desire to change often allow the customer more engagement with the developers during the software development process.

Currently, I'm serving as a domain architect designing and implementing our application lifecycle management and DevOps process for the enterprise as well as a coach and mentor to our team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
