Odd-e is an agile product development, training and coaching company located in Asia. Our focus is on building product better, and at the moment, we believe agile development is the best way of producing products in most cases.

The LeSS coaching is often on organizational level, we do Scrum coaching on team level and technical coaching to improve the teams development practices.
Product and Project development:
We sometimes also develop our own product or pick up 'projects' from other companies. For example, we're build the less.works website.
Viktor coached and supported teams in areas of Scrum, Agile practices, and hands-on architecture & design. He was also initiator and directly involved in most of organisational design aspects as described in the case. He was also involved in actual software development as a team member.
