Register for the LeSS Coach program

Select preferred mentors

Choose 1, 2, or 3 preferred mentors you'd like to work with

Introduction call (optional)

If desired, have an introduction call with the preferred mentors

Select your mentor

Choose your final mentor to work with

Intake call

Discuss pre-requisites with your mentor

Work on pre-requisites

Complete the required reading, training and assesment

Schedule the Review (€350)

Book your review session with your mentor. Fee will be subtracted from your certificate payment

Mentor approval

Your mentor approves you as Certified LeSS Coach

Pay certificate fee

Complete your certification payment (minus the €350 review fee already paid)

You are a Certified LeSS Coach!

Congratulations, you've earned the credential. Now the real journey starts

1-year mentorship begins

Start your dedicated mentorship journey

In case you already know one of the Mentors (or Certified LeSS Trainers), you can directly contact him/her and discuss the possibility for a mentorship.
The Mentor can fast-track you into the program.
