The LeSS Coach program is an investment in your professional development and the value you bring to the organization and your customers.

The fees below cover your participation in the program, access to resources, and community membership. See the program benefits for what’s included, and the entry requirements for what is minimally needed to start.

With Certified LeSS Coach 1, a mentor is mandatory during the first 3 years. This mentorship requirement is what gives the CLC1 certificate its strength and credibility towards your customer or employer. After year 3, mentorship is optional. The other benefits remain.

[1]Free for applicants who already hold a CLP or CLE with another trainer. If you have already taken a course with Bas Vodde or Craig Larman, this benefit does not apply and cannot be exchanged for a new course. Subject to availability.

[2]Any CLC1 or CLC2 can teach the LeSS Basics course. However, only after completing the CLB material review can the applicant teach the Certified LeSS Basics.

Additional Mentor hours

Any extra mentor hours beyond the program is arranged directly between the Mentee and Mentor.

Additional Work

Any coaching or work requested to the Mentor is beyond the program and arranged directly between the Mentee and Mentor.
