Travelling can often be exhausting and cumbersome. Just as the journey into agility, when we are about to introduce new ways of working, we face all kinds of challenges and changes to reach a certain point. When we reach the destination we are often tired from the journey. It might have been tough, or a long distance to overcome. But when we have recovered and are aware of the beauty of the destination, we tend to forget about the difficulties and our minds begin to focus on the new environment and our destination. We remember why we went on this journey.
