For our next LeSS & Agile Consortium Netherlands meetup, Certified LeSS Trainer Viktor Grgic will share lessons from a big bank that has been working for four years with around 40 highly collaborative, customer-centric teams.
This is not a story about starting an Agile transformation. It is about what happens afterwards.

What challenges emerge when teams have already become highly collaborative? What becomes difficult when teams work much closer to customers? What organisational tensions remain, or even become more visible? And after four years, what would you do differently?
