In this Collaboration Event we share and discuss Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) adoption war stories, workshops, tips and coaching techniques. This 1-day session will be in Open Space format and participants are encouraged to prepare workshops and talks upfront.
All attendees are Certified LeSS Practitioner and followed a CLP class from Cesario Ramos.
