As an Agile Coach, Lean Expert, Change Manager I am primarily focused on strategies, business processes and change management. Enabling organizations to measure their performance, with a keen eye for the human aspect. My ambition is to be a trusted partner who enables organizations to design and implement sustainable improvements that contribute to their vision and goals.

With over 15 years of experience in facilitating, coaching, leading, developing, implementing change in various roles and functions. Having more than four year experience working on Agile projects and organizational transformations and more than twelve years of experience in leading positions.
