Georg Ebner stands for intrinsically motivated change. By generating enthusiasm for constant learning and continuous improvement, implementing and scaling agile frameworks, methods and practices as well as actively exemplifing an agile mindset he leads the organizations and teams to more productivity. His goal? Creating more value in a more human working environment.

Prior to that Georg was Scrum Master and Agile Coach in a mid-sized company that develops comprehensive ERP systems. Main objective was to create an agile environment for redesigning the ERP software with new technologies from scratch and guiding the strategic, operational and technical change. After establishing a clear product vision he implemented Scrum within the organization and scaled it up incrementally.

Georg was also a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in a banking corporation. As a member of the agile transition team he was co-responsible for implementing and scaling of Scrum within the organization. He was acting as a change agent for the "agile journey" and facilitated communities of practices for Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Dev-Teams.

Georg is a graduate engineer (Master of Science in Engineering) with 15+ years of work experience in the field of software development, design and architecture, IT project management and Knowledge Discovery in Databases. He describes himself as a servant and conscious leader with a strong agile mindset and a wide range of methodical and technical skills. He is ambitious, inspiring, assertive, customer- and team-oriented as well as always learning to improve continuously.
