Jowen loves to make an impact in organizations, especially when they make a positive impact in the world!

As a Developer, he fell in love with Scrum in 2010. Although technology is cool, the majority of issues (and hence, solutions) are related to people and their interactions.

He gradually shifted to being a Scrum Master as a result. Using his 20+ years of experience, his mission now is to help individuals, teams and organizations improve!

With his entrepreneurial spirit, he’s also fulfilled the accountability of a Product Owner in his own startups, but that’s not his forte.
