Khai Seng started Studio Dojo to explore the question - How can different disciplines be integrated to help people, teams and organisations thrive? From his foundational studies in Computer Science, he has broadened out to explore how Design Thinking, Futures Thinking, Organisation Development and Leadership Development can be a powerful blended practice.

He has helped many public and private sector organisations to

• develop inspiring visions of the future,
• design engaging culture change programmes,
• facilitate problem-solving and co-creation journeys, and
• coached teams to improve their ways of working.

He is trained as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West and was conferred the Skillsfuture Fellowship by the President of Singapore for his appetite for learning.

Community work is also in his blood. In the past, he spent time growing the UX design community in Singapore through organising the UXSG conferences and monthly meet-ups. Currently, he also spares time to contribute as the President of the Design Business Chamber Singapore, the nation's only multidisciplinary design trade association.
