I started my career as a software developer and moved over time through various roles, including Business Analyst and Scrum Master and Agile coach. I have been on a mission to attend training for the various scaling frameworks. From the vaious frameworks I experienced, LeSS just made sense, so much so that I relocated from New Zealand to the Netherlands for the opportunity to experience a LeSS adoption at Wartsila alongside Bas. This has been an incredible journey so far, Wartsila are truly going full out. In my time at Wartsila as Scrum Master of two teams, I have seen a fully in person experience within an area, then we transitioned to connected co-located areas and more recently a combined SAFe/LeSS team area experiment in an attempt to respond to business change. Our environment is the fully self management environment I was searching for.
