I have worked with software development, teams and organizations for 2 decades. Starting as a software developer and for more than 10 years in different management positions. As Head of Development, I have introduced Scrum and Agile in 4 companies, creating an agile mindset, unleash the potential of employees and enabling agility in products and organizations.
