An experienced Lean coach and agile trainer with an extensive background in leadership, management and learning and development. He currently supports the National Police in their agile transformation within the Information Services department where he scaled agile based on LeSS principles. He is passionate about helping people to get the best out of themselves, to learn them how they can generate ideas in line with the strategy and execute them accordingly. And to define and implement a culture where new ideas are embraced, problems are seen as learning opportunities and we continuously strive to do better each day.
He is an organizer who keeps track of goals, results and the ways to achieve them. Observation, reflection and inspiration are important tools to simplify complex problems, and continuous small improvements are used to quickly adapt to business changes. He holds himself to high standards and expect others to do the same, but is always available to help them along the way. Although all individuals and teams are unique, everyone strives to work with satisfaction, have fun, and really contribute to the organization. He sees it as my job to enable them.
