Ralph Hendriks is the Head of Engineering at GreenFlux, a pioneering charge point management system (CPMS) provider from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. With a background in electrical engineering, Ralph started his career as a Researcher at renowned Technical University Delft. After his job as Power Systems Consultant at Siemens, he kicked off his SaaS experience as a Software Engineering Lead at financial SaaS platform TJIP.

Currently, Ralph leads the Development team at GreenFlux, consisting of 20 people. With his team, he is on a mission to continuously improve GreenFlux’s EV charging management platform, an extensive SaaS solution. Features include smart charging, payment services, power management, international EV roaming, API integration, real-time monitoring and more.

Early 2025, Ralph has been an important part in GreenFlux’s LeSS flip that took just two months, in close collaboration with Org Topologies (Roland Flemm, Wouter Horsman and Viktor Glinka).
