A seasoned agile practitioner, earning my LeSS stripes at Natwest (formally Royal Bank of Scotland) and then at Deutsche Bank, London where I led on two LeSS adoptions (one of them LeSS Huge). Prior to Banking, mostly working in the telecoms sector, with a particular focus on start-ups in the Middle East in the fields of PMO, analytics, and technical & End-2-End Customer Experience Testing.

Whilst a freelancer I successfully applied LeSS principles to the world of Aviation, Charity, Healthcare and Finance. My specific areas of interest lie in desiging effective talent strategies and Organisational Operating Models to help LeSS flourish.

That said, my current passion is launching a classroom based educational product to teach AI Fluency to kids aged 8-11. Here I can still be found leaning on all the LeSS pearls of wisdom to help me create an awesome product.
