The certification has two levels:
- Level 1 is for all who want to start or continue towards a LeSS adoption, regardless how experienced you are with LeSS. It is fundamentally mentor-based.
- Level 2 is for who have done one or more LeSS Adoptions, who can become a Mentor themselves.
This ongoing mentorship is what sets LeSS Coach apart. You’re not just learning theory; you’re being coached through practice.
