- Step 1: This workshop will begin with an altered version of Adam Weisbart's Build Your Own Scrum, with the assumption of doing it for one team.
- Step 2: A discussion about the principles we want to use when scale Scrum to multiple teams, with some given assumptions.
- Step 3: Build Your Own Large-Scale Scrum, with paper models.
- Step 4: Summary
