Navigating how AI will reshape resilient organisations

The rise of AI puts us all in the same boat. We’re all navigating a rapidly shifting and uncertain future. AI will reshape our teams and organisations in ways that none of us can predict precisely.

The good news is that agilists are skilled at experimenting and learning. We’re also good at systems thinking. Organisations that apply these skills to leveraging AI both in product and organisational development are more likely to thrive and build resilience than those who do not.

In this session we explore some of the big questions and hypothesis that we can can start experimenting with today, to inform how we shape our organisations for the future. These range across structure, processes, information flow, decision authorities, trust, governance, skills, mindsets, incentives and career development. Through interactive polling we’ll source the current thinking of the crowd.

We also discuss the business case for resilience and refocusing on creating a true learning organisation in a more turbulent AI-driven world.
