What Counts as a "User"?
A user is any employee in your organization who holds a LeSS certification (CLP, CLE, CLT, CLC, etc.) and whose renewal is managed through your LAO subscription. The tier price covers their renewal and access to all LAO benefits.
LeSS Coach Billing
LeSS Coaches in your organization receive a 10% discount on their certification. Coach certifications are billed monthly alongside your regular renewal activities—no separate invoices to manage.
