From Application to Go-Live in 3 Weeks

The Process

Online Application Week 0

Submit a short application with basic company information and your current LeSS adoption status.

Eligibility Confirmed Week 1

We verify your organization meets the basic requirements and schedule an intro call.

Intro Call Week 1

30-minute session with a LeSS Coach to review goals, answer questions, and discuss next steps.

Charter & Invoice Week 2

Sign the LAO charter and receive your annual invoice based on selected tier.

Go Live! Week 3

Badge, directory listing, and admin portal activated within 48 hours of payment.

Optional: Success Story Week 4-6

Share your LeSS journey with a spotlight story on less.works (optional but encouraged).

Eligibility

Basic Requirements

  • At least two active Certified LeSS Practitioners (CLPs) on staff
  • Commitment to genuine LeSS adoption principles
  • Willingness to participate in the LAO community

What You’ll Need

After Joining
