Francesco works at ING Bank Italy, Milan based, where is Chief Transition Officer.
His role is to help the bank to compete in the digital era, evolving in a fully customer-centric digital ecosystem, by leveraging on lean / agile mindset.
In fact, he leads the ING’s “One Way of Working” program in Italy, with “systemic approach”, evolving the Organization design, Processes and People towards the customer centricity.
He is founder of the Italian Agile Group (2011, ScrumAlliance.org). He is an active member of several user groups about Agile, Lean, DevOps, System Thinking, Coaching, Radical Management, Creative Economy, where he shares experience and improves his own skills. Thorough activities he helps to divulgate the Agile & Scrum Culture.
He also worked in Italtel as Head of the Product Development (250+ people) and then as Head of Agile Innovation Lab, reporting to the Chief Marketing & Technology Officer. He led the Lean/Agile transformation program, started with a deep and successful re-organization of the company around customer value.

Francesco also served at HPE as Strategist (Global team for the NFV market), contributing to complete the Company’s value proposition with agile & lean values.
Since 1990, Francesco worked extensively as code-warrior on several ICT projects. His work has focused on Software Engineering, multimedia platforms (web-TV, web-gaming, IPTV, digital signage, Content Delivery Networks, Content Management Systems), Banking Projects (Core Business, Regulatory, Digital)
Francesco holds an Executive Master in CIO (ELIS ICT Management & MIP Politecnico di Milano – School of Management, Awarded as Best Project work 2012) and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II.
