I am a Lean-Agile AI Product Management and Operating Model Leader, Associate Director, at Eli Lilly and Company, where I have been supporting the Product Operating Model adoption and evolution, AI and DevSecOps/Platform Engineering, Cloud Data Analytics, and Domain Driven Design technology enablement since Dec 2021. I have over 35 years of experience in leading Product Management, Lean-Agile and Tech Innovation initiatives for various companies, including IBM, NASA, CNO Financial Group, Apple, Google, Meta, Financial Services Companies, and my own research and consulting organization, Institute of Engineering and Management plus IEMAgile.

My mission is to guide people, teams, and companies to change by effectively executing Strategy and Innovation, leveraging emergent AI technology, and fostering a culture of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. I am a leader within the Product Management profession and disciplines.  I am passionate about supporting Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ human rights, as well as expanding the global presence of the Enterprise Agile Community. I am also a co-founder and co-chair of Lean-Agile Frontiers, a platform that brings together academia and industry to advance the future of Agile.
