An IT expert with over 15 years of experience, specializing in product value management and organizational transformations. He has been with G2A.COM since 2017, currently serving as Product Value & Operations Lead. Previously, he established and led the Project Delivery Managers team and worked as an Internal Process Architect, designing and automating processes with innovative RPA and Business Intelligence solutions. 

As one of the leaders of a LeSS transformation, he has significantly improved organizational efficiency—reducing delivery times and increasing transparency. Earlier in his career, he worked as both Project Manager and Product Manager, developing BI-based products that supported optimization and digitalization of business processes. 

Maciej combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. His focus lies in priority management, process optimization, and driving innovation—including the use of AI—to maximize efficiency and business value. As a servant leader, he supports team growth and fosters an environment where innovation can thrive.
