Life Inside an Adaptive Organization: LeSS in the Age of AI (Tentative)
What does LeSS look like when systemic constraints are truly removed and AI expands what teams are capable of?
This talk is a guided, visual journey into the day-to-day reality of organizations that take LeSS principles seriously and evolve them into adaptive, AI-augmented systems.
Through a series of work scenes, you will experience how AI is changing everyday collaboration in teams that apply the principles of LeSS while experimenting with its rules:
- Much smaller teams (around 3 people) collaborating synchronously with AI
- Sprint Planning becoming shorter, lighter, and maybe even optional
- Product discovery and delivery merging into one continuous flow
- Multiple teams continuously integrating and coordinating around a shared product
After each scene, we pause to explore the disorientation, tension, and realizations that emerge when familiar structures begin to disappear.
This is a glimpse into a system where coordination shifts from meetings to shared context, where learning is constant, and where outcomes, not outputs, drive decisions.
If you’re curious how LeSS might evolve in a world shaped by AI, and what life inside such an organization actually feels like, this session offers a concrete and thought-provoking perspective.
