Certified LeSS Practitioner: Principles to Practices
The objective is to understand what it takes to continuously deliver a large / complex product, while reducing organizational complexity. At the same time, being able to bring real improvement without compromising any of the Agile principles.
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a simple framework for product development with multiple teams. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
