Want to know more about LeSS Basics? Not a fan of reading? Then watch the video!

We are all having to find new ways to work and be increasingly flexible (for example supporting family members & the community) so I wanted this course to be flexible too...

The course has been designed from the ground up for remote delivery using tried and tested techniques.

Your trainer Ben Maynard is the only Certified LeSS Trainer, experienced Certified Training From the Back of the Room trainer and Professional Coach offering the Certified LeSS Basic courses in London.

Ben has used all of his skills plus, his experience of over 10 LeSS/LeSS Huge Adoptions and a wealth of additional research into adult education to craft an engaging and compelling remote experience.

The course has 2 modules each, ran at XXXXXXXX (GMT) for a maximum of 10 people:

Module 1 - LeSS Introduction & Product Ownership and Teams
Module 2-  LeSS Huge and Systems & Adoption and You

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS.works gives an overview. LeSS
builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale.

It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

The Certified LeSS Basics course is a brief introduction into the LeSS Framework. It provides a 2 day overview of the framework and some of the essential concepts that it uses.

It will help determining whether LeSS is for you but for LeSS adoptions, we’d recommend to follow it up with a LeSS Practitioner course.

The Certified LeSS basics course is for anyone who is involved in a LeSS effort or is curious about the framework.
