The Process
Submit a short application with basic company information and your current LeSS adoption status.
We verify your organization meets the basic requirements and schedule an intro call.
30-minute session with a LeSS Coach to review goals, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
Sign the LAO charter and receive your annual invoice based on selected tier.
Badge, directory listing, and admin portal activated within 48 hours of payment.
Share your LeSS journey with a spotlight story on less.works (optional but encouraged).
Eligibility
Basic Requirements
- At least two active Certified LeSS Practitioners (CLPs) on staff
- Commitment to genuine LeSS adoption principles
- Willingness to participate in the LAO community
