LeSS Conference: Experience and Experiments
The first 2 full-day LeSS conference in Amsterdam where LeSS Practitioners and other curious people get together to learn from each other.
The conference will be a team-based conference. We'll start with a self-designing team exercise and let the teams go through the conference together to share and maximize their learnings. The conference ends with a Conference Review Bazaar where all teams share their learning with each other in fun ways.
The conference session exercises used are similar to the ones used in LeSS adoption so that the process and the result are both useful learnings for the participants.
The conference consists of three tracks: Experience, Experiments and Open Space. The conference sessions are:
- The Story of LeSS by Bas Vodde
- Craig's Talk by Craig Larman
- Impact Mapping with Innovation Games by Gojko Adzic
- Self-Designing Teams by Ahmad Fahmy
