The Professional Scrum Master I training is intended for people who work with Scrum and need to shape up their knowledge to better collaborate in a scrum team as a development team member or a Scrum Master. This training will provide a theoretical background and many, many practical experiences. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.
The primary goal of our The 2-day Professional Scrum Master course is to make you understand the mechanics of Scrum. You will learn the fundamental principles that make Scrum work and core values that support it. In addition to that, we aim for people to understand “the why” and help them develop themselves, their teams and their companies. Throughout the course, students are challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace. When you leave the training, you will be able to assess if your Scrum implementation is tailored in a correct way.
