Adrian is passionate about modern management approaches. He is the founder of Partnos, a consulting and training company whose mission it is to Grow Healthy Organisations. In the past he was Director of Learning and Development at Codurance (European thought leader in Software Craftsmanship), CIO at Voxel Group (“Great Place to Work”® award two years in a row), and Engineering Program Manager at Criteo (the fastest growing company in Europe at the time). Adrian holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and did a Management Development Program at IESE (Top 5 worldwide). He is a regular speaker at international conferences, an experienced Open Space Facilitator, Certified Scrum Trainer and masters professor at La Salle and ESADE (Top 30 business schools worldwide).
