Highly qualified professional with over twenty years of experience in Technology Management in various industries in both the private and public sectors.   Extremely effective leader facilitating enterprise transitions from phased based software development (Waterfall) processes to Agile.   Proven leadership with both in both private and government sectors managing globally distributed teams in a variety of highly competitive industries including Financial, Healthcare, Government, as well as IT and Telecommunication networks.   Lead numerous other process improvement activities from small focus teams to large enterprise initiatives.
